Mat Classes

A great and affordable way to supplement your private, trio, or tower class. Drop in or sign up online!

$18 per class – $150 package of 10.
Mat packages may be used for any type of mat class.

Open Mat Class:
The classic! A traditional Pilates mat workout open to all levels. Flow through the movement to get your sweat going on. 55 minutes.

Magic Circle Mat Class:
Find out what makes this harmless looking little piece of equipment (originally fashioned by Joe P. from the rungs of a beer keg!) so challenging. Be prepared to sweat, find your core and have fun! 55 minutes.

Mat Grab Bag:
Join Pilates Boutique owner Nicole Dooley Collet in this challenging but fun mat class. You'll never know what she'll throw at you. 55 Minutes

Tower Classes

Small group classes (4 students max) using both the mat exercise repertoire and the tower equipment. Pre–registration by phone or online recommended.

$30 per class - $250 package of 10.

Equipment Sessions

Personalized instruction utilizing all of the various Pilates equipment. All sessions are 55 minutes.

Introductory Package: 2 private sessions – $100
Introductory package expires one month from purchase date.

Private Session: $75 for one – $360 package of 5 – $700 package of 10
One on one personal attention. This is the best way to start pilates training as your instructor can focus completely on your needs and work with you on improving your core strength as efficiently as possible.

ALL PACKAGES EXPIRE 3 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE DATE. WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY.

Duet Sessions: Requires two person sign up.
$100 for one (50 per person) – $480 package of 5 ($240 per person) –$900 package of 10 ($450 per person)
For you and a friend – partner – soul mate – whomever you like! You bring the person and we will treat it like a private session for just the 2 of you.

Trio Class: $45 for one – $215 package of 5 – $400 package of 10
One instructor and three students. Meet new people and have a hard core work out all at the same time! Pre–requisite: 5 private equipment sessions or prior equipment experience.
